Refund Policy

Sound Response products are sold as digital downloads only. Because of that once they have been downloaded it is not possible to return them. Therefore we do not offer refunds.

You can cancel your order at anytime before the payment has been processed. When you are purchasing our products it is highly recommended that you check your order before completing the transaction to confirm that you have not ordered any Sound Response product twice. Duplicate orders are not eligible for a refund due to the nature of our products.

It is also recommended that you make one backup copy of the purchased product on a separate hard drive as a precautionary measure against the loss of a product. In the unlikely event of a failed/broken hard drive Sound Response will only replace download links for the previous order if you can confirm your previous order by sending us a copy of your purchase receipt. This is applicable to all orders made within a two year period. Purchases of a later date than two years will not be covered.
Sound Response does not offer refunds in the event of a price drop or promotional offers.
